建議精油及植物基底油安全比例為: 3% 精油 + 97%植物基底油.
以製作30ml伊蘭伊蘭護膚油為例: 伊蘭伊蘭精油0.9ml (約18滴), 葵花子油, 甜甜杏仁油或橄欖油29ml, 維他命E油 (可延長保存期) 將伊蘭伊蘭精油與植物基底油調匀便可作護膚油使用.
